| WOW. I just figured out the craziest thing. For the longest time I
thought the screen on my laptop was dying - sometimes, it did this
thing where when I turned it on, the screen was so dim I could barely
make out the color white, and anything darker was completely lost.
Turns out, the backlight is what's going out. I shined a lamp on the screen and I could see it perfectly. It's so wild!
But because that sucks ass, I just used the lamp to figure out how to
clone my screen onto my other monitor. It's super sweet, but it'd be
sweeter if my laptop just WORKED.
I've also discovered I wouldn't mind wearing Harry-Potter-Japanese-Schoolgirl-style uniforms at all...

10TH GRADE IS OUT TO EAT US ALL LAOCOON-OCTOPUS STYLE! Haha, me and
Tiff had such a good time this morning in Latin. I'm pretty sure our
teacher thinks we're crazy for being that excited about ominous
1-paragraph-long stories at 8 AM.
And my mom is pissed that I'm spending so much time in Girl Scouts. Shutup, woman. Just kidding; she'd kill me.
I have a cold. And no homework. Which means sleep time. Which actually
means I'll probably get distracted and stay up till 12 and die
tomorrow. Oh well.

| ahaha, I love confusing people. I guess I'll have to put off my epic
dvd-making project until I fix my hard drive, because when I figured ut
how to properly encode the avi, it was too big a file to transfer back
to the computer that could handle -burning- it. The pain, the agony,
whatev. I'm tired.
In other news! My mom dragged me off to a tattoo parlor today and -
hahaha, I would love to see the OMGWTFAJHF;DFHI!@ looks on your faces
right now. Anyway, my mom dragged me off to a tattoo parlor to get my
ears re-pierced ((yaaaaay!!! I was so sad without them; I kept pulling
at the scar tissue where the old ones were)) and she seriously had me
going for a split second when she asked me to help her pick out a
tattoo. It was like "::heartattackDIEomgWHATDIDYOUDOWITHMYMOTHER::"
it hurt, yeah, but the worst part was the noise of that fat needle
going through flesh... I can still hear it and it makes me sick, like
the sound a fork makes when you scrape it on your teeth. uwahh, why did
I think that!! ::cringes and dies::
the hoops are extra sexy this time around though ;). Ahahaha, what am I
on, I just called my earrings sexy; how ludicrously OOC. Wahaha, I just
called myself OOC... I think it's sleepytime. Whee, I miss you guys!
I'll be glad to get back in school just so we can joke around together!
AND WHAT'S THIS ABOUT REHEARSALS?! 7:15 AM, YOU SAY?! PISS OFF

Ryan was expelled till about 2 weeks ago, tra la la~)) Ian told me; I
had a hard time trying to figure out whether he was screwing with me or
not because I haven't gotten the letter yet. Not that I don't trust
him, I just know that I'm ridiculously gullible and you guys like to
tease me about it.
IN OTHER NEWS, aka WHY I SAT DOWN TO WRITE, FUCK! I was jumping around
dancing for not more than 2 minutes and I was out of breath! Dammit, I
worked so hard in PE last year... but I guess that doesn't save me from
being a lazy ass bum. Dance is gonna be so hard this yearrr... starting
pointe ((my sister is obsessed and won't stop bugging me about it; it's
really annoying)). Eh. Whatev. I think I even do it because I like it,
I just do. I'm not looking forward to it, but I know if I dread it
it'll make it that much harder when I have to do it and I'll end up
looking stupid like I did in 8th grade; dropping out because I rode my
sprained ankle and the reprecussions for all they were worth.
NO MORE DEPRESSING STUFF. I GOT MY PERMIT!! YAY!!! DRIVER'S ED, HERE I COME!!
AAAAAND ::drumroll drumroll:: I finally got my own domain!! What I've
been wanting since I was like 10!! I started learning a new programming
language today too, PHP, which makes life so much easier. I'm so happy!

made an awesome 404 error message, in honor of Tiffanie, our Atlantis

| Holy fuck, last time I looked at the clock it was 9!!! I watched the
first Naruto movie today, and I decided I should burn it to DVD so I
could MAKE my family watch with me. Not that it was -that- amazing; I
mean, it wasn't boring or anything, but... the rest of the series has
so much more depth. And actually makes me cry. But, maybe I'm just too
hopped up on fanfics, y'know?
I've been working on this since... at least 4 in the afternoon, took a
break to ride my bike ((I refuse to be fat and lazy!! psh, not
really.)) and eat dinner, and... now it's 12:06 AM. Jeeze... we have
somewhere to go tomorrow, too. I gotta get to bed soon... eh heh heh, I
probably won't. The night is young! And this is freaking complicated!
I've separated the audio file from the .avi movie ((into a .wav and
then into a .ac3)), and downloaded a hell of a lot of programs. I was
following a bunch of tutorials from this one site - doom9.org, and it
had all the progs I needed for download. My problem lies in the gap
between the "AVI to DVD" tutorial and the " Encoding to DVD" tutorial.
He says that one needn't bother with DGDecode or Avisynth in the second
guide if one has followed the first, but... LIAR!! It doesn't work!!
Or maybe it does; but I'm tired of reading so much and understanding
nothing. And, I have a full page of calculations which I have no idea
if they're correct. And I don't have a DVD to burn to!
